Refund

NYSS withholds the right refuse refunds once payment has been received, whether services have been commenced or not. Professional rentals will be subjected to the same policy. Institutional customers will be subjected to the same policy.

Return

NYSS will allow a return of the instrument for store credit if the rented instrument is returned within the first half of the renal term. NYSS withholds the right either issue or refuse a refund. NYSS will charge a restocking fee to orders that have been refunded.

Exchange

NYSS will allow an exchange of a rented instrument when; the rented instrument cost is equal to or exceeds the charges associated with the requested instrument; switching from one size to another within the rental term and instrument family;
